Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy

WE ARE CLOSED MONDAY 26TH JUNE UNTIL MONDAY 17TH JULY. NO ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED DURING THIS TIME. 

FROM 17TH JULY 2023 UNTIL 24TH AUGUST 2023 WE WILL ONLY BE SHIPPING ONCE A WEEK.

Standard UK Shipping

​

Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days upon payment clearing to our accounts and will be received within 2-4 working days after dispatched.

 

All our items are sent by tracked post, and tracking details will be provided upon items being dispatched. Higher value items (£150 or above) will require a signature on delivery.

 

Standard UK Tracked Shipping

Start from £5 (Items will be received within 2-4 working days from day of dispatch)

 

Standard EU & International Shipping

Start from £20 (Items will be received within 7-15 working days from day of dispatch)

 

Next Day UK shipping

If items are purchased by 11am on a weekday, we will aim to dispatch this the same day for next day delivery.

 

Urgent international shipping can be requested and will depend on availability.

 

Refund & Exchange

 

A refund is available if notified in writing to within 48 hours of receiving our item, upon our confirmation of receiving your email you must then ensure the item is sent back to us in the same condition within 7 business days. AKN will not be responsible for shipping costs for refunds. Once we receive the item back and subject to our assessment, a refund value of the item will be deposited back within 14 working days. Failure to notify us of a refund within 48 hours or if items are not received within 7 business days (10 business days for international orders) a refund will be refused.

AKN are not responsible for any customs charges that may be applicable in your country of residence upon receiving our items.
